By using Gradey ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Gradey provides online grade calculation and GPA tracking tools. The Service is offered free of charge with optional premium features available via subscription.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Free vs Premium

• Free tier: Full access to all calculators. Limited to 1 semester in the grade tracker.
• Premium tier ($4/month): Unlimited semesters, PDF export, dark mode, and priority support.

4. Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service

6. Disclaimer

The grade calculators are provided as educational tools. We are not responsible for the accuracy of grades entered by users. Always verify your grades with your instructor.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gradey is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
